Phone Number Formatter is a free tool and we want it to work well for every use case — from developers building SMS integrations to small businesses cleaning up their CRM contacts. If something isn't working the way you expect, we want to know.
Before sending a message, you may find an instant answer in our FAQ, which covers common questions about E.164 format, country codes, bulk formatting, and the browser extension. For technical details about how the tool works, visit the About page.
For bug reports, the most helpful details are: the phone number you entered (you can anonymise it, e.g. replace digits with X), the country selected, and what output you expected vs what you received. Screenshots are welcome too.
Common Reasons to Get in Touch
- Formatting result looks wrong — we track every report and cross-check against the ITU numbering plan and Google's libphonenumber metadata.
- Missing country or format — we support 240+ countries but some regional exceptions may not be covered yet.
- Bulk formatting questions — the tool supports up to 100 numbers at once; let us know if you need more.
- Browser extension issues — the Chrome extension is in active development; feedback helps prioritise fixes.
